My Goals for 2002


 

  • Lose 6lbs per month = 72lbs in 2002

  • Drink 2 litres of water per day

  • Journal my food on good days and bad

  • Journal my thoughts and feelings

  • Exercise daily, no matter how much or how little

  • Visit FSF daily, during good days and bad

  • Allow myself quality 'Me' time daily

  • If I fall off track, don't wait for the next day or week to get back on track
