Hints and Tips


  • If like me you love homemade chips, here is a recipe to have them and stay on track.  Peel potatoes and cut into large thick chips and part boil until nearly cooked.   Spray Frylight on a baking tray and place chips on baking tray.  Spray with Frylight on top and cook in oven on highest mark until Golden brown, these truly are delicious and a complete lifesaver.
     
  • If like me you have trouble drinking your water, add a small measure of lime in it for a slight tangy taste that really does help.  I couldn’t abide water until a friend of mine recommended this recently, now I can drink 2 litres per day no problem.
     
  • Have trouble going over your points allowance by snacking at night, why not try saving a few points per day out of your allowance for unplanned snacks, that way if your hungry at night, you can have a low pt snack without fear of going over your allowance for the day.
